Liquid densifiers are designed to penetrate concrete surfaces and chemically react to provide an increase in surface density and durability.  Penetrating Sealers were developed to penetrate concrete surfaces to repel water and liquids.

Our construction joint fill service is intended to fill or repair joints in industrial and commercial concrete floors. Construction joints mark the ends of slab pours and tend to break down more than contraction joints due to wider opening and reduced edge compaction.

Concrete floors and slabs can crack after placement.  This can allow water to enter from below, especially when in a basement.  Or after applying an overlay, a “shadow crack” can transmit from the old slab through the new placement.  Spalling of concrete can happen due to heavy use or damage.  This can be unsightly, especially when in a commercial application.  It is possible to make a repair using a polyurea to quickly patch the surface.

Since most types of floors simply aren’t tough enough to take the high amount of wear and chemical exposure they’ll meet with in these environments – to keep the floor in good condition – we recommend using an epoxy concrete floor coating.
